Private Event Venue Hire Availability
Private event venue hire available Wednesday to Sunday from 4:30pm onwards and all day Sunday.
For other time slots, please enquire within.
Private Event Venue Hire Terms and Conditions
* Additional $80 for every 30-minute extension. $100 for any 30-minute extension after 8:30pm.
** Hours include set up and clean up times.
*** $100 to be charged if place is left soiled/ untidy. Additional $100 if more than 70 people including children over 1 y.o.
General Booking and Party Conditions
- A non-refundable minimum of $100 deposit is required to confirm a booking. $50 for café parties.
- Cancellation of booking needs 72 hours of notice before the event. Credit from the deposit can be used to rebook another party within 6 months.
- Pre-booked party platters cannot be refunded on the actual day.
- All parties must start on time. Party room and adult table are only reserved and used for 1.5 hours.
- We will try to serve all party food 30 min after the party commences.
- Any damage to Rainbow City property will be charged either $300 OR the value of repair/ replacement if >$300.
- Parents/ guardians must accept all responsibilities and liabilities for children in their care. Rainbow City accepts no responsibility for any injury.
- Please observe all playground rules at all times such as wearing socks, no food/ drinks in the playground areas and adult supervision of children.
